Do you offer free shipping
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$99 or more after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes and import duties. For orders below US$99, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Does my discount count toward the free shipping threshold
The threshold is based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts. For example, a US$69 item with a 10% discount has a merchandise subtotal of US$62.10 and does not qualify. Two US$69 items with the same discount total US$124.20 and qualify for free standard shipping.
When do I pay taxes and import duties
All applicable taxes and import duties are paid by you at checkout. The charges are calculated for your order and delivery destination and shown before you complete payment. Free shipping does not waive these charges.

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Enter your delivery address to see available shipping options and charges.
How long will delivery take
Once your order is ready, please allow approximately 1–3 business days for carrier pickup and the first tracking update. Most U.S. orders arrive approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch. Estimates for other destinations are shown at checkout where available. These are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays.
What if the carrier asks me to pay a charge again
If the request is for a tax or import duty already paid at checkout, please contact support@nuwaria.com with your order number and a copy of the request so we can help resolve it.
Can I return my order
Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please contact support@nuwaria.com before sending an item back. Return shipping costs and eligibility are explained in that policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
