NUWARIA products should be handled and stored in accordance with the guidance provided in our Product Care instructions.
Depending on the circumstances, damage or changes caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper storage, excessive pulling or stretching, impact, prolonged exposure to water or humidity, or direct exposure to perfume, alcohol, chemicals, or similar substances may not constitute a manufacturing defect.
The natural softening of botanical scent over time is also an inherent characteristic of the product.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibility for defects or lack of conformity for which we are legally responsible.
10. Promotions, Discount Codes and Gift Offers
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, gifts with purchase, or other special offers.
